Robert Victor Weeber “Bob” has joined his wife Jane and their twin sons Bobby and Nicky in their home in heaven after passing from this world Monday morning 12/28/2009 at Lifecare of Gwinnett in Atlanta. His memorial service will be held Sunday, Jan 3 at 4pm at Summerville Presbyterian Church. Named after our country’s victory in WWI, Bob was born in Chicago the son of Yugoslavian immigrant Albert Weeber, author and judge, and Harriet Nelson pianist. Bob attended Seabreeze High School in Daytona Beach FLA and The University of Florida. Author, editor, WWII Veteran, insurance consultant and salesman, Bob led a long and interesting life. Married in Jacksonville, FLA to Janie Hocutt for 57 years, Bob was the devoted father of 4 children, especially his handicapped twin sons, to whom he dedicated himself. A Summerville resident since 1989, he was known for his sense of humor and quick wit. He loved to sing and often sang at Summerville Presbyterian Church and at Hallmark Healthcare, where he had resided. He was predeceased by his wife Jane, twin sons Bobby and Nicky and brother Armin Weeber. He is survived by 2 daughters; Wanda Weeber Hogan and her husband Loyd Warren Hogan of Jacksonville, FLA and Mary Bell Federico and her husband David Anthony Federico of Atlanta, GA; grandchildren Kathleen Elizabeth Hahn and her husband Michael J. Hahn of Enterprise, AL; Joshua Taylor Bell of Atlanta, GA and great-grandson Jack Thomas Hahn of Enterprise, AL.
