Helen C. Jinks, age 89, of Norcross, GA died January 12, 2010. The funeral service will be held Saturday, January 16, 2010 at 11:00 am at Crowell Brothers Peachtree Chapel. Interment will follow at 1:00 pm at Jackson Memorial Park, Commerce, GA. The family will receive friends Friday, January 15, 2010 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Mrs. Jinks was a member of the Peachtree Corners Baptist Church and a former member of North Peachtree Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her husband, James Thomas Jinks, Sr, she is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Tom and Kay Jinks of Woodstock, GA; brother, Wilton Carlan of Picayune, MS; grandchildren, Jenifer Nelson and James and Audrey Jinks; 4 great grandchildren.
